Meet the Ferrets

Ferrets are amazing little creatures, funny, maybe a bit smelly, but they love to dance, have great little characters, but most of all they love to hunt.

We go out every weekends with our little fellas catching rabbits for the dinner table. Now before you get sad for the rabbits, they are considered a pest in Australia, with many councils resorting to poisoning them, or releasing deadly viruses to control populations. I have seen what myxomatosis and calicivirus does to rabbits its not nice, I would not wish it on my worst enemy.  – read more here  

 All our ferrets are called after thief’s because The name “ferret” is derived from the Latin furittus, meaning “little thief”, a likely reference to the common ferret penchant for secreting away small items.

Jewels- Small and nimble, gentle yet strong.

Bandit – Our go to guy. If there is a rabbit he will find it! Even if that comes with a bit of cheekiness!
